We would like to extend our heartfelt sympathy to all those affected by the earthquake that struck the Cebu region of the Philippines on September 30, 2025. We also deeply appreciate, and sincerely apologize for, any concern this incident may have caused to our stakeholders.

Our consolidated subsidiary TOYOFLEX CEBU CORPORATION (Cebu Factory) confirmed the safety of the employees as our top priority. We are relieved to report that there were no significant human injuries or damage to facilities. The factory continues normal operations, and there has been no disruption to production or shipping activities.

Going forward, we will continue to place the highest priority on ensuring the safety of our employees while maintaining a stable supply system, so as to avoid any impact on our customers and business partners.  We will provide prompt updates in the event of any further developments.
