Asahi Intecc announces that its board of directors, at the meeting held on August 14, 2026, resolved to submit a proposal regarding the distribution of surplus, with a record date of June 30, 2026, to the 50th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on September 29, 2026.
