ASAHI INTECC USA, INC., a consolidated subsidiary of Asahi Intecc, acquired shares of RetroVascular, Inc. owning plasma energy technology and made RetroVascular its subsidiary (sub-subsidiary of Asahi Intecc/ consolidated subsidiary).
Acquired Ficas Co., Ltd. (Nagoya, Aichi prefecture) to make Ficas Co., Ltd wholly-owned subsidiary for the purpose of contributing society from the view point of welfare for the handicapped.
