Notice Concerning Acquisition and Cancellation of Treasury Shares

Asahi Intecc Co., Ltd. announces that it has resolved at the Board of Directors’ meeting held on May 15, 2025 matters related to the acquisition of treasury shares pursuant to Article 156 of the Companies Act, as applied by replacing terms pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the same Act, and the cancellation of treasury shares pursuant to Article 178 of the Companies Act.
