Asahi Intecc to Split Shares, Partially Amend Articles of Incorporation, and Modify the Dividend Forecasting

Asahi Intecc Co., Ltd. announces that its board of directors’ meeting held on November 30, 2017 passed a resolution to conduct a two-for-one split of its common shares on January 1, 2018, and correspondingly to amend its Articles of Incorporation partially and modify the dividend forecasting.
