Asahi Intecc Group fulfills its corporate social responsibility by valuing partnership with its suppliers and continuing to supply the global market with excellent products. As part of measures to fulfill that social responsibility, we faithfully carry out our activities subject to the following procurement policy.

1. We promote procurement activities that aim to mutually enhance the corporate values with our suppliers.
2. We conduct transactions in accordance with laws and social norms in and outside the country.
3. We seek the best quality and cost required for the procured components.
4. In accordance with the Asahi Intecc Group Anti-Bribery Policy, we offer all companies, in and outside the country, a fair opportunity, purchasing based on impartial evaluation and not demanding or receiving unfair profit (whether in money, materials, hospitality, convenience or otherwise).
5. We work on respecting human rights through supply chain with our suppliers in accordance with Asahi Intecc Group Human Rights Policy.
6. We promote procurement activities considering environmental conservation, protection and improvement in accordance with Asahi Intecc Environmental Policy.
