Building an integrated production system
Asahi Intecc Group sites in Japan currently specialize in research, development, and prototypes. Mass production, as a general rule, is done at overseas consolidated subsidiaries. This system enables us to achieve production that is integrated throughout – from the materials stage through the finished product – and to maintain a system optimized for global expansion.

Our plants in Japan, as well as in the U.S. and Thailand, carry out R&D functions in order to directly incorporate the needs and requests of physicians.

Our production system integrates every phase from materials to finished products, and we are bolstering this system to ensure that, if one plant goes offline temporarily, other plants can take over production.
