Integrated production system that makes thorough quality control possible
Based on our core technologies, the Asahi Intecc Group has its own integrated production system, working from materials all the way to the finished products. Materials used for medical devices require specification and quality of extremely high precision. There are only a limited number of material providers even globally that can stably provide materials that meet these high standards. Therefore, in order to be able to pursue materials that meet our own requirements, Asahi Intecc Group purchases base materials as far upstream as possible and completes all processing itself to create materials that are as close as possible to the ideal. Packaging, sterilizing and subsequent processes are also conducted by ourselves and we deliver unrivaled high-quality products to our customers through the comprehensive management of our products’ quality.
