Acquisition of Shares of Toyoflex Co., Ltd.

Asahi Intecc Group announces the resolution at the board of directors meeting held on February 14, 2013 to acquire all shares of Toyoflex Co., Ltd. and to make it a subsidiary. A share transfer agreement was concluded on the same day.
