Stock Transfer of Unconsolidated Subsidiary

Asahi Intecc Group announces the resolution at a board of directors meeting held today to transfer all shares of its unconsolidated subsidiary Toyoflex (H.K.) CO., LIMITED as of June 30, 2015 (schedule).

 

Toyoflex (H.K.) CO., LIMITED is the parent company of consolidated subsidiary Toyo Precision Industry (Huizhou) Limited, and the transfer of shares shall be accompanied by the transfer of the management rights of Toyo Precision Industry (Huizhou) Limited as well.
