Notice Regarding Registration Completion (Incorporation of the Company) of Joint Venture Company “ELDORET HOSPITAL-ASAHI INTECC HEART CENTRE”

As announced in “Notice Regarding Establishment of Joint Venture Company (Subsidiary) with ELDORET HOSPITAL LTD” on October 31, 2023, Asahi Intecc Co., Ltd. had prepared to establish a joint venture company in Kenya with ELDORET HOSPITAL LTD and would like to inform that registration has been completed on February 27, 2024.
