(hereinafter the “Company”) hereby announces that it has signed a joint venture agreement as of today to establish a joint venture company with ELDORET HOSPITAL LTD (hereinafter the “Eldoret Hospital”) to operate a new hospital specializing in cardiovascular diagnostics and treatments.
