Notice Regarding the Establishment of Magnaire Co.,Ltd.

As announced in the “Notice Regarding Establishment of Joint Venture Company (Subsidiary) with MagneDesign Corporation” dated March 15, 2023, we hereby announces  that we have established and started business today with MagneDesign Corporation as a joint venture company “Magnaire Co.,Ltd.” for the purpose of manufacturing and selling GSR sensors mainly related to medical field.
