Listing on Tokyo Stock Exchange 2nd Section and Nagoya Stock Exchange 2nd Section

Asahi Intecc Group announces that with the approval of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. and Nagoya Stock Exchange, Inc., the company shall be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s second section and the Nagoya Stock Exchange’s second section from June 17, 2005.
