(“Asahi Intecc”) announces that it resolved at its board of directors’ meeting held on June 11, 2020, to establish the Nomination and Remuneration Advisory Committee with function related to nomination added to the existing Remuneration Advisory Committee, as a voluntary advisory body of the board of directors.
