Asahi Intecc Group announces that, as announced in the notice “Absorption Merger (Simple Merger) of Consolidated Subsidiary,” the absorption merger with wholly-owned consolidated subsidiary Asahi Intecc GMA Co., Ltd. as the dissolving company has been completed on schedule today on October 1, 2013.
