Asahi Intecc announces that Asahi Intecc has concluded an Investment Contract with Vascular Perspectives Ltd, (VP), UK’s medical device distribution company.

 

VP has strong relationships with UK’s KOLs and has advantages in product marketing and education for proper usage of medical devices. Asahi Intecc and VP have had business relationship over 10 years. Through cultivating relationship with VP, Asahi Intecc drives further penetration of its products and brand in the UK.

 

Impact on operating results for the fiscal year ending June 2020 related to this matter will be minimal.
