Announcement of the transfer(Resignation) of the Chairperson & CEO

Asahi Intecc Co., Ltd. announces that its board of directors’ meeting held on May 13, 2016 informally decided about the transfer (Resignation) of the Chairperson & CEO.

The transfer is scheduled for resolution at the 40th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders,to be held on September 2016, and the subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors.
