Issuance of Stock Acquisition Rights (Paid Stock Option)

Asahi Intecc Group announces the resolution at a board of directors meeting held on August 12, 2014 to issue stock acquisition rights to the company’s directors, external collaborators (advisors), the company’s employees and the directors and employees of affiliated companies based on the stipulations of articles 236, 238 and 240 of the Company Law.
