Asahi Intecc to Conduct Acquisition of Treasury Shares and Tender Offer for Treasury Shares

Asahi Intecc Co., Ltd. announces that its board of directors’ meeting held on May 15, 2015 passed a resolution to conduct the acquisition of treasury shares based on Article 156, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, which is applied by replacing the terms pursuant to the provisions of Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the same act, and provisions of its Articles of Incorporation. As the specific method for acquisition, the resolution states that a tender offer for treasury shares will be conducted.
