As announced in “Notice Regarding Establishment of Overseas Sales Sub-Subsidiary ASAHI INTECC Deutschland GmbH” on April 10, 2020, Asahi Intecc Co., Ltd. had prepared to establish a sales sub-subsidiary in Germany and would like to inform that registration has been completed on July 13, 2020.
