Notice regarding the acquisition of shares of RetroVascular, Inc. by a wholly owned subsidiary of Asahi Intecc (sub-subsidiary company)

Asahi Intecc Group announces that its Board of Directors’ meeting held on July 6, 2018 passed a resolution that ASAHI INTECC USA, INC., a 100% subsidiary of Asahi Intecc, acquire shares of RetroVascular, Inc. and make RetroVascular its subsidiary (sub-subsidiary of Asahi Intecc).
