Asahi Intecc Completes Acquisition of Shares and Merger of Meisen, Ltd.

Asahi Intecc announces that it completed the acquisition of all shares of Meisen, Ltd. and the absorption-type merger, in which Asahi Intecc is the surviving company and Meisen, Ltd. is the dissolving company, on May 29, 2015 as was disclosed in “Asahi Intecc to Acquire Shares of Meisen, Ltd. (Turn into Subsidiary) and Conduct Absorption-type Merger (Short-form Merger)” announced on April 15, 2015.
