Asahi Intecc Co., Ltd. announces that its board of directors’ meeting held on April 15, 2015 passed a resolution to acquire all shares of Meisen, Ltd. and turn it into a subsidiary on May 29, 2015, and to conduct an absorption-type merger (short-form merger) of Meisen on the same date.
