Handling of Personal Data

ASAHI INTECC CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “we", “us" or “our") provides an application which runs on smartphones (hereinafter referred to as the “Application"). We respect your privacy and take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We have set out below how we handle your personal data in relation to the Application.

1.Definition of personal data

The term “personal data" means any information that can be used to identify a specific natural person such as your name, address, and contact details (e.g. telephone number, email address, etc.). You can normally use the Application without disclosing your personal data to us.

2.Use of information collection modules

We may occasionally use third party information collection modules to carry out surveys on Application usage trends.An information collection module is a program whereby an information collection module provider collects specific information from your device or the Application, stores it, and provides data analysis results to us.We have set out below the information collection modules we use for the Application, the purpose of use, the information collection module providers,and their Privacy Policy.You cannot disable the information collection modules unless a function to do so is displayed on the Application.If you wish to disable the information collection modules, you need to uninstall the Application.

3.Collection of your personal data

We may occasionally use your personal data for the following purposes when you contact us to make an inquiry or raise a concern.

• ・To Review, investigate, and handle the inquiries and contact information; and
• ・To Review, investigate, and handle information for inquirer's identification.
